Common use of Reports of Sub-Custodian's Independent Accountant Clause in Contracts

Reports of Sub-Custodian's Independent Accountant. The Sub-Custodian shall provide the Custodian, at such times as the Custodian may reasonably require, with reports by an independent public accountant on the accounting system, internal accounting controls and procedures for safeguarding securities, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a Securities System, relating to the services provided by the Sub-Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, which shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail as may reasonably be required by the Custodian, shall provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and if there are no such inadequacies, shall so state.
