Common use of Reports on Portfolio Transactions Clause in Contracts

Reports on Portfolio Transactions. The Subadvisor shall provide to the Advisor and the Directors such reports in respect to the placement of portfolio transactions, for the Fund as the Advisor or the Directors may reasonably request and, upon such request, will provide the Advisor and the Directors with its policies and practices with respect to "soft dollar" as that term is commonly used in the United States (also referred to as the use of dealing commission and aggregate trading in the United Kingdom).
