Common use of Reports on Work Performed Clause in Contracts

Reports on Work Performed. Each Participant and the Operating Agent shall provide reports on all work performed under the Task and the results thereof, including studies, assessments, analyses, evaluations and other documentation, but excluding proprietary information, to the other Participants. Reports summarizing the work performed and the results thereof shall be prepared by the Operating Agent and forwarded to the Executive Committee and the Agency.
