Reports; Other Information. (a) The Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent within thirty (30) days after the end of each fiscal quarter (commencing with the first fiscal quarter ending after the Closing Date) a report which sets forth (i) the aggregate proceeds received in respect of the sale, lease or other disposition of Capacity since the end of the previous fiscal quarter, (ii) the aggregate amount of Capacity Commitments owing, but not yet paid, as at the end of such fiscal quarter and the date such Capacity Commitments become (or became) due, (iii) a list of the Capacity Purchasers who have purchased or leased Capacity and the aggregate dollar value of Capacity acquired by each such Capacity Purchaser during such fiscal quarter, (iv) the aggregate STM-1s disposed of during such fiscal quarter, (v) any termination of commitments for the sale, lease or other disposition of Capacity during such fiscal quarter, (vi) the aggregate amount of Capacity disposed of for non-cash consideration during such fiscal quarter, and (vii) any and all rebates or other returns of cash to Capacity Purchasers during such fiscal quarter.

(a) The Company Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent within thirty (30) 30 days after the end of each fiscal calendar quarter (commencing with the first fiscal calendar quarter ending after the Closing Dateon December 31, 1997) a report which sets forth (i) the aggregate proceeds received in respect of the sale, lease or other disposition of Capacity since the end of the previous fiscal calendar quarter, (ii) the aggregate amount of Capacity Commitments Payments owing, but not yet paid, as at the end of such fiscal calendar quarter and the date such Capacity Commitments Payments become (or became) due, (iii) a list of the Capacity Purchasers PTT's who have purchased or leased Capacity and the aggregate dollar value of Capacity acquired by each such Capacity Purchaser PTT during such fiscal calendar quarter, (iv) the aggregate STM-1s MIUs disposed of during such fiscal calendar quarter, together with a Schedule detailing the allocation thereof among the Segments, (v) any termination of commitments for the sale, lease or other disposition of Capacity during such fiscal calendar quarter, (vi) the aggregate amount of Capacity disposed of for non-cash consideration during such fiscal calendar quarter, and (vii) any and all rebates or other returns of cash to Capacity Purchasers PTTs during such fiscal calendar quarter.
