Common use of Reports to Adviser Clause in Contracts

Reports to Adviser. The Trust shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Adviser such copies of each Fund 's Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Adviser may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.

Reports to Adviser. The Trust shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Adviser such copies of each Fund Fund's Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Adviser may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.

Reports to Adviser. The Trust shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Adviser such copies of each Fund the Fund's Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Adviser may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.

The Trust shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Adviser such copies of each the Fund 's Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Adviser may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.

The Trust shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Adviser (i) such copies of each Fund 's Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Adviser may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require (collectively, “Fund Reports”) in order to discharge its obligations under this AgreementAgreement and (ii) for review and comment drafts of Fund Reports at least five (5) days prior to finalizing for filing with the SEC or printing for distribution to Fund shareholders.

Reports to Adviser. The Trust shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Adviser such copies of each Fund 's the Funds' Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Adviser may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.

Reports to Adviser. The Trust shall promptly furnish or otherwise make available to the Adviser such copies of each Fund 's Fund’s Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Adviser may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement. The Trust shall also provide its Declaration of Trust and its By-Laws and any amendments thereto to the Adviser.

The Trust shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Adviser such copies of each Fund Fund's Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Adviser may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require request in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.
