Common use of Reports to Adviser Clause in Contracts

Reports to Adviser. Penn Series shall furnish or otherwise make available to Adviser such prospectuses, financial statements, proxy statements, reports, and other information relating to the business and affairs of Penn Series, as Adviser may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.
