Reports to Adviser. The Trust shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Adviser such copies of the Trust's Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports, and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Adviser may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.
