Common use of Reports to Adviser Clause in Contracts

Reports to Adviser. The Corporation or Fund, as appropriate, shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Adviser such prospectuses, financial statements, proxy statements, reports, and other information relating to the business and affairs of the Corporation or Fund, as appropriate, as the Adviser may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.
