Reports to Advisor. The Trust shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Advisor such copies of the Trust's Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Advisor may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.
