Reports to Consumers. (a) After each revised Fixed Recovery Charge has gone into effect pursuant to a True-Up Adjustment, the Servicer shall, to the extent and in the manner and time frame required by the Financing Order and applicable CPUC Regulations, if any, cause to be prepared and delivered to Consumers any required notices announcing such revised Fixed Recovery Charges.
