Reports to Customers. (A) After each revised Storm Recovery Charge has gone into effect pursuant to a True-Up Adjustment, the Servicer shall, to the extent and in the manner and time frame required by any applicable Commission Regulations cause to be prepared and delivered to Customers any required notices announcing such revised Storm Recovery Charges.
