Reports to Customers. (a) After each revised Securitized Utility Tariff Charge has gone into effect pursuant to a True-Up Adjustment, the Servicer shall, to the extent and in the manner and time frame required by applicable MPSC Regulations, if any, cause to be prepared and delivered to Customers any required notices announcing such revised Securitized Utility Tariff Charges.
