REPORTS TO ENTROPIN BY CRO. Adverse events shall be defined as, any untoward medical occurrence in a patient or clinical investigation subject administered a pharmaceutical product and which does not necessarily have a casual relationship with this treatment. An adverse event can therefore be any unfavorable and unintended sign (including an abnormal laboratory finding), symptom, or disease temporally associated with the use of a medical (investigational) product, whether or not related to the medicinal (investigational) product, and will be reported by CRO to Entropin.

  • Reports to Company The Transfer Agent will provide reports pertaining to the services provided under this Agreement as the Company may request to ascertain the quality and level of services being provided or as required by law.
