Common use of Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants Clause in Contracts

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding cash, securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities cash, securities, and other assets deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or with a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”)sub-custodian, relating to the services provided by the Custodian Custodian, directly or through any agent, under this AgreementContract; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, detail as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (eithereither system, a “Securities System”), ) relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a Federal Reserve Bank, a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the such Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a collectively referred to herein as the “Securities SystemSystems”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this AgreementContract; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (eithercollectively, a “"Securities System”"), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this AgreementContract; such reports, which shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund Fund, to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed, shall state in detail material inadequacies disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian State ------------------------------------------------- Street shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian State Street under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable each Fund, on behalf of each of the its Portfolios at such times as such Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “"Securities System”"), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, detail as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding cash, securities, futures contracts and options on futures contractscontracts including cash, including securities and other assets deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or with a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”)sub-custodian, relating to the services provided by the Custodian Custodian, directly or through any agent, under this AgreementContract; such reports, reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, detail as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable reasonably assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”System “), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reportsrepmis, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; , such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this AgreementContract; such reports, shall be of sufficient aufficient scope and in sufficient aufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”collectively referred to herein as the "SECURITIES SYSTEMS"), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, detail as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, Fund on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “"Securities System”"), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, detail as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state. For the avoidance of doubt, such reports shall be SAS 70 Type II, or its then-current equivalent.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”collectively referred to herein as the "SECURITIES SYSTEMS"), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the Custodian’s financial strength, accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios Portfolio(s) at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such Fund may reasonably require, with reports (including SSAE 16 Level II reports) by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (eithereither system, a “Securities System”), "SECURITIES SYSTEM") relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by the Fund’s independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian custodian under this AgreementContract; such reports, which shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund Fund, to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed, shall state in detail material inadequacies disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times time as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities and securities deposited and/or maintained in the Direct Paper System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this AgreementContract; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures procedures, for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this AgreementContract; such reports, which shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund Fund, to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed, shall state in detail material inadequacies disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”"SECURITIES SYSTEM"), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios Portfolios, at such times as such Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (eithereither system, a “Securities System”), ) relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, detail as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “"Securities System”"), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material material, inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.18

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the LFI CUSTODY AGREEMENT (FROM LAZARD)(V1) Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including domestic securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this AgreementContract; such reports, reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required requited by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the inadequacy reports shall so state. 3. Duties of the Custodian with Respect to Property Fund Held Outside of the United States

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, other assets, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities a“Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (eithereither system, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the such Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios Portfolios, at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (eithereither system, a “"Securities System”), ") relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall provide the applicable Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as such the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System or a Foreign Securities System (either, a “Securities System”), relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; . Such reports and the examinations providing the basis for such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund Fund, to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed in such reprots and discovered in such reports and discovered by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.
