Common use of Reports to Governmental Agencies and Other Creditors Clause in Contracts

Reports to Governmental Agencies and Other Creditors. Upon the written request of the Bank, the Borrowers will promptly deliver to the Bank copies of all such financial reports, statements and returns which any Loan Party has filed with any federal or state department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality and any report, statement or return delivered by any Loan Party to any supplier or other creditor.
