Reports to Governmental Agencies and Other Creditors. As soon as practicable, and in event within ten (10) days after the filing thereof, the Borrowers shall furnish to the Agent and each of the Banks a copy of its 10-K and 10-Q reports, each proxy statement, each registration statement and all other reports which any Borrower is or may be required to file with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission or any State Securities Commission.
