Reports to Governmental Bodies and Other Persons. Timely file all material reports, applications, documents, instruments and information required to be filed pursuant to all rules, regulations or requests of any Governmental Body or other Person having jurisdiction over the operation of the business of Borrower, including, but not limited to, such of the Loan Instruments as are required to be filed with any such Governmental Body or other Person pursuant to applicable rules and regulations promulgated by such Governmental Body or other Person, except where the failure to file could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
