Common use of Reports to Governmental Bodies and Other Persons Clause in Contracts

Reports to Governmental Bodies and Other Persons. Borrower will file, all on a timely basis, all reports, applications, documents, instruments and information required to be filed pursuant to all rules, regulations or requests of any Governmental Body or other Person having jurisdiction over the operation of Borrower, including, but not limited to, such of the Loan Documents as may be required to be filed with any such Governmental Body or other Person pursuant to applicable rules and regulations promulgated by such Governmental Body or other Person, unless the failure to file would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
