Reports to Holders and Exchanges. In addition to the reports required by SUBSECTION (A) next above, promptly upon the Agent's request, copies of any reports specified in such request which the Servicer sends to any of its security holders, and any reports or registration statements that the Servicer files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any national securities exchange other than registration statements relating to employee benefit plans and to registrations of securities for selling security holders;
