Reports to Limited Partners. (a) If the General Partner is required to furnish an annual report to its shareholders containing financial statements of the General Partner, the General Partner will, at the same time and in the same manner, furnish such annual report to each Limited Partner. (b) Any Partner shall further have the right to a private audit of the books and records of the Partnership, provided that such audit is made for Partnership purposes, at the expense of the Partner desiring it and is made during normal business hours.
