Reports to Limited Partners. (a) If the Company is required to furnish an annual report to its stockholders containing financial statements of the Company, the Company will, at the same time and in the same manner, furnish such annual report to each Limited Partner. The annual financial statements shall be audited by accountants selected by the Company. (b) Any Partner shall further have the right to a private audit of the books and records of the Partnership, provided such audit is made for Partnership purposes, at the expense of the Partner desiring it and is made during normal business hours.
