Common use of Reports to Manager Clause in Contracts

Reports to Manager. The Company shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Manager such copies of the Company’s financial statements, proxy statements, reports, and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Manager may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.
