Common use of Reports to Other Creditors Clause in Contracts

Reports to Other Creditors. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished by the Company or any Subsidiary to any other party pursuant to the terms of any indenture, purchase of Preferred Shares, credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Agent pursuant to any other clause of this Agreement.

Reports to Other Creditors. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished by the Company or any Subsidiary to any other party pursuant to the terms of any indenture, purchase of Preferred Sharesloan, or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to any other clause of this AgreementSection 5.01(b).
