Common use of Reports to Other Persons Clause in Contracts

Reports to Other Persons. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished to any other holder of any Indebtedness of the Borrower, any of the Guarantors or any of their respective Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Administrative Agent or Lenders pursuant to any other clause of this Section 8.2.

Reports to Other Persons.
