Common use of Reports to Partners and Former Partners Clause in Contracts

Reports to Partners and Former Partners. Within ----------------------------------------------------- ninety (90) days of the end of each Fiscal Year or as soon there- after as is reasonably possible, the Partnership shall prepare and mail, or cause its accountant to prepare and mail, to each Partner and, to the extent necessary, to each former Partner (or such Partner's legal representatives), a report setting forth in sufficient detail such information as shall enable such Partner or former Partner (or such Partner's legal representatives) to prepare its respective Federal income tax returns in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations then prevailing.
