Common use of Reports to SEC and to Stockholders Clause in Contracts

Reports to SEC and to Stockholders. The Borrower will furnish to the Lender, promptly upon the filing or making thereof, at least one (1) copy of all financial statements, reports, notices and proxy statements sent by the Borrower to its stockholders, and of all regular and other reports filed by the Borrower with any securities exchange or with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Borrower Borrowers will furnish to the Lender, promptly upon the filing or making thereof, at least one (1l) copy of all financial statements, reports, notices and proxy statements sent by the any Borrower to its stockholders, and of all regular and other reports filed by the any Borrower with any securities exchange or with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The U.S. Borrower will shall furnish to the Lender, promptly upon the filing or making thereof, at least one (1l) copy of all financial statements, reports, notices and proxy statements sent by the U.S. Borrower to its stockholders, and of all regular and other reports filed by the any Borrower with any securities exchange or with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
