Reports to SEC and to Stockholders. Promptly upon their becoming publicly available, copies of all financial statements, reports, notices and proxy statements sent by the Company to its stockholders, and of all regular and periodic reports filed by the Company or any of its Specified Subsidiaries with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental authority succeeding to any of its functions, which in each case have not been delivered under paragraph (a)(i) or (a)(ii) of this Section 6.01.
