Promptly upon the filing or making thereof, copies of each filing and report made by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with or to any securities exchange or the Securities and Exchange Commission and of each communication from the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to stockholders generally;

Promptly upon the mailing or filing or making thereof, copies of each filing all financial statements, reports and report made by proxy statements mailed to the Borrower or any Borrower’s shareholders, and copies of its Subsidiaries all registration statements, periodic reports and other documents filed with or to any securities exchange or the Securities and Exchange Commission and of each communication from the Borrower (or any of its Subsidiaries to stockholders generally;successor thereto) or any national securities exchange.
