Common use of REPORTS TO THE ADMINISTRATOR Clause in Contracts

REPORTS TO THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Fund shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Administrator such Prospectuses, Statements of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports, and other information relating to the business and affairs of the Fund, as the Administrator may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.
