Common use of Reports to the Commission Clause in Contracts

Reports to the Commission. Servicer shall, on behalf of the Issuer, cause to be filed with the Commission any periodic reports required to be filed under the provisions of the Exchange Act, and the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder.
