Common use of Reports to the Company Clause in Contracts

Reports to the Company. Furnish to or place at the disposal of the Company such information, reports, evaluations, analysis, and opinions relating to its administrative functions and the administrative functions performed by the Sub-Administrator, as the Company may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably request or as the Administrator may deem helpful to the Company. The Administrator also will assist in the preparation of agendas and other materials for meetings of the Company's Board of Directors and will attend such meetings.
