REPORTS TO THE CORPORATION. The Investment Manager shall furnish to or place at the disposal of the Corporation such information, reports, evaluations, analyses, and opinions as the Corporation may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably request with respect to the Fund or as the Investment Manager may deem helpful to the Fund.
