Common use of Reports to the Fund Clause in Contracts

Reports to the Fund. Assist the Administrator in furnishing to or placing at the disposal of the Fund such information, reports, evaluations, analyses, and opinions relating to its duties as the Fund may at any time or from time to time reasonably request, or as the Administrator may reasonably deem helpful to the Fund. The Sub-Administrator also shall assist the Administrator in the preparation of all necessary agendas and related meeting materials for meetings of the Board of Directors.
