Common use of Reports to the Fund Clause in Contracts

Reports to the Fund. (a) The Adviser shall submit, or cause to be submitted, to the Fund such reports of the assets or liabilities of the Fund and of the market value of the Fund’s assets under its management as the Board shall from time to time reasonably require. (b) The Adviser agrees to meet with the Board of the Fund, at such times and such places as are reasonably requested by the Board and shall maintain such books and records for inspection by the Board as are required under the Investment Company Act.
