REPORTS TO THE INVESTMENT MANAGER. The Corporation shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Investment Manager such Prospectuses, Statements of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports, and other information relating to the business and affairs of the Corporation, with respect to the Fund, as the Investment Manager may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.
