REPORTS TO THE INVESTMENT MANAGER. The Trust shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Investment Manager such Prospectuses, Statements of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports, and other information relating to the business and affairs of the Trust, as the Investment Manager may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.
