Common use of Reports to the Issuer Clause in Contracts

Reports to the Issuer. The Exchange Agent shall notify, by facsimile or electronic communication, the Issuer as to the principal amount of the Old Notes which have been duly tendered since the previous report and the aggregate amount tendered since the Effective Time on a weekly basis (and on a more frequent basis as reasonably requested) until the Expiration Date.

Reports to the Issuer.
