Reports to the SEC and ISA. The purpose of the reports to the ISA is to update the investors and supervisory bodies on the Company’s condition and on developments or changes in its activity that may be relevant to the investing public. The Company’s reports are based on the reports to the SEC and which are required thereby. All of the reports must include full, reliable and current information and to fulfill any and all relevant regulatory requirements. A reporting obligation exists in various cases which affects the content and manner of reporting. This plan deals with three issues that arise from the obligations that apply as a result of the Fifth and Seventh Schedules
