Reports to the SEC and to Shareholders. Promptly upon the filing or sending thereof, copies of all regular, periodic or special reports of the Company or any Subsidiary filed with the SEC; copies of all registration statements of the Company or any Subsidiary filed with the SEC (other than on Form S-8); and copies of all proxy statements or other communications made to public security holders generally; provided that the Company shall be deemed to have delivered and certified the information required in this Section 10.1.4 to the extent, and on the date, that such information is posted at the Company’s website on the internet at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, at xxx.xxx.xxx, or at such other website identified by the Company, in all cases so long as such website is accessible by the Lenders without charge.
