REPORTS TO THE SUB-ADVISER. (a) The Adviser shall furnish to the Sub-Adviser the Prospectus, proxy statements, reports and other information relating to the business and affairs of the Fund as the Sub-Adviser may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge the Sub-Adviser's duties under this Agreement. The Adviser shall forward to the Sub-Adviser drafts of all amendments to the Fund's registration statement that are related to the Portfolio, and the Adviser shall afford the Sub-Adviser an opportunity to comment thereon prior to filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
