Common use of Reports to the Trust or NSLF Clause in Contracts

Reports to the Trust or NSLF. On or before the 15th day of each month (or by the 15th day following quarter end, as applicable), unless some other time is provided herein, the Master Servicer shall cause the Subservicers to prepare and deliver to the Trust, NSLF, if applicable, the Administrator and the Trustee (upon Trustee's request), or to such other person as the Trust or NSLF may designate, the following reports with respect to activity during the preceding month:
