Repossession or Reletting Not a Termination. Landlord's Right To Terminate Not Forfeited. No re-entry, repossession, operation, or reletting of the Demised Premises or the fixtures and equipment therein shall be construed as an election by Landlord to terminate this Lease Agreement unless a" written notice of such intention is given by Landlord to Tenant. Notwithstanding any operation or reletting without terminating this Lease Agreement, Landlord may at any time thereafter elect to terminate said Lease Agreement.
