Common use of Representation and costs Clause in Contracts

Representation and costs. It is hereby acknowledged by each of the Parties hereto that, as between the Company and the Consultant and Lxxxxx herein, Dxxxxx Xxxxxx, Barristers and Solicitors, acts solely for the Company, and that the Consultant and Lxxxxx have been advised by Dxxxxx Xxxxxx to obtain independent legal advice with respect to their review and execution of this Agreement.
