Representation and Disclosure. Grantee represents that Grantee is not bound by an agreement with any previous employer or other third party that, by its terms, could restrict ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s activities such as to prevent ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s employment by Company in the position contemplated. Grantee will show this Agreement to any prospective employer of Grantee, and consents to Company showing this Agreement to any third party believed by Employer to be a prospective or actual employer of Grantee, and to insisting on Grantee’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
Representation and Disclosure. Each Obligor acknowledges that: (a) each Obligor had the opportunity to seek the advice of independent counsel and has shared equally in the drafting of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and (b) it did not rely upon any advice from legal counsel to Lender in the preparation of the Loan Documents or in the closing of the Loan.
Representation and Disclosure. By execution of this Agreement, Client acknowledges receipt and review of our brochure containing a written disclosure of the background and business practices of PDM Investment Services. The Advisor purchases many of the securities purchased for the Client in his own personal accounts before or after client purchases. Client also understands that this Agreement may be voided without penalty at any time during the next five (5) business days.
