REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES OF NORCOM. (a) Norcom represents and warrants that (i) each representation made by Norcom under this Agreement is accurate, (ii) Norcom has entered into agreements, which are necessary to enable Contractor to perform the services for which they are appointed, and for which they will receive commissions and (iii) except as otherwise specifically provided herein, and that Norcom has the power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to grant to Contractor the rights conveyed herein.
