Representation and Warranty of Lessee. Lessee hereby represents and warrants that (a) all airworthiness directives affecting the Aircraft have been complied with; (b) no accident involving the Aircraft, or other damage to the Aircraft, has occurred that would affect the market value of the Aircraft; and (c) the Aircraft has been maintained in accordance with a maintenance program approved by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration and in accordance with accepted industry standards.
