REPRESENTATION BRINGDOWN. The representations and warranties contained in Article 10, other than the last sentence of Section 10.5 which is only required on the Restatement Date, are true and correct in all respects on and as of the date of such Credit Event with the same effect as though made on and as of such date, except to the extent such representations and warranties expressly relate to an earlier date;
