Representation By Counsel; No Strict Construction. Buyer and Seller acknowledge that each of them has been represented by counsel in connection with the negotiation of this Purchase Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby and that the language used in this Purchase Agreement shall be deemed to be the language chosen by the Parties to express their mutual intent. Accordingly, any rule of law or any legal decision that would require interpretation of any claimed ambiguities in this Purchase Agreement against the Party that drafted it has no application and is expressly waived.
