Common use of Representation by Independent Counsel Clause in Contracts

Representation by Independent Counsel. The Parties agree that they have been represented by or had the opportunity to be represented by, independent legal counsel of their choice for the purposes of advising them in connection with the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement.
