Representation during Rounds. Rounds are dynamic processes where it is essential to be able to make decisions in a timely and efficient manner to respond to changing circumstances. The Representatives of EESAI and the Consultation Parties will be available during each Round and, working with the Advisor, will have authority to agree to modifications to the Protocol as necessary to respond to particular circumstances that may arise during the Round with the objective of reducing Energy Portfolio Prices. If, during a Round, the Representatives of EESAI and the Consultation Parties do not agree on a particular modification, the Round will continue without the modification.
